Contractor Terms

These Terms apply to Contractors using the CrisisCrew platform.

1. Independent contractor status

Contractors are independent providers. Nothing in this relationship creates employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture.

2. Eligibility and standards

By using CrisisCrew you confirm you:

  • Have the right to work and provide services in your region

  • Hold appropriate insurance for your trade (where relevant)

  • Will provide services professionally and lawfully

  • Will communicate clearly and respectfully with Customers and CrisisCrew

3. Job acceptance

  • You choose which jobs to accept.

  • Once accepted, you should follow through promptly or notify us immediately if you cannot proceed.

4. Pricing and payment

  • Contractors set or agree pricing per job unless CrisisCrew defines a fixed structure.

  • Subscription plans may provide access features (visibility, acceptance, etc.) and do not guarantee a minimum number of jobs.

5. Compliance and responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Work quality, safety, and compliance

  • Taxes and accounting

  • Staff/subcontractors you use

  • Any licences, permits, and inspections required

6. Data handling

You must handle Customer data only for the purpose of completing a job and keep it secure. Do not reuse Customer data for unrelated marketing without consent.

7. Removal and suspension

CrisisCrew may suspend or remove Contractors for:

  • Poor conduct or repeated complaints

  • Fraud or misuse

  • Safety or compliance concerns

  • Attempts to bypass payments/platform controls

8. Limitation of liability

CrisisCrew provides the platform β€œas is” and does not guarantee work volume. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
