Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
We do not usually refund partial months unless required by law or where there is a clear service failure.
Where pay-as-you-go fees apply:
If a job is cancelled before coordination begins, we may refund in full.
If coordination has started, we may retain a reasonable admin/triage fee.
If a Contractor has been dispatched or costs incurred, those costs may be non-refundable.
